Fileni BIO is the result of a long experience that started from an extraordinary intuition.\nIt was in the late 1990s that we decided to experiment with what was then a completely unconventional way of farming: organic.\nMany considered it utopian, for us it was a world full of opportunities that would make a difference for animal health and welfare.\nWe were convinced of this yesterday. Organic, from the field to the table.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To be considered organic, chicken must consume organic food, grow on uncontaminated organic soil, and meet all the requirements stipulated by the strict regulations in place. The organic field is free from GMOs and pesticides, cultivated without fertilizers and harmful chemicals, and with selected seeds to promote biodiversity and enrich the soil itself.<\/p>

Fileni obtained - back in 2001 - the prestigious Organic Farming certification. All our organically produced feed - based on soya, maize and sorghum - is blended in Italy, in our feed mill in Jesi, using raw materials that comply with the specifications.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Fileni's organic chickens are born and raised in Italy and are bred following scrupulously regulated practices.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Well-being comes first.<\/h4>

    Our chickens are guaranteed a suitable temperature, always available food and water and a dark period of at least eight hours a day.<\/p><\/li>

  • All the space you need.<\/h4>

    Inside our facilities, there are never more than five chickens per square metre of floor space (21 kg\/sqm). Outside, each animal has 4 square metres of organically cultivated land at its disposal, where it can roam freely.<\/p><\/li>

  • Frequent and thorough checks.<\/h4>

    A team of veterinary doctors carries out rigorous examinations throughout the life cycle of our animals to ensure that they are always in perfect health.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Fileni BIO red meat is the expression of a philosophy that focuses on quality without compromise. Our cattle and pigs are born and bred in Italy with respect for their freedom of movement, and fed with food formulated specifically for them.\u202fEven for red meat, organic is a guarantee of naturalness and GMO-free: the soils that are home to our cattle are free of pesticides and other chemicals.
