Bees teach us that unity is strength: for this reason, we worked side by side with the Marche beekeeper Giorgio Poeta, placing 3 beehives in the Fileni Bio fields, each consisting of 24 hives, for a total of 72.<\/p>\n

Thus, starting from this year, the Fileni organic sites in Fabriano, Jesi Cannuccia area, and Ostra Vaccarile area will be filled with the sweetest buzzing of all!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The bees will help us monitor the condition of our soils. How? Through the pollen and honey, which, being in contact with the atmosphere, are sensitive to everything related to the environmental balance. The biomonitoring will be carried out by collecting small amounts of pollen and honey, whose analysis will make it possible to assess the health and plant biodiversity of the surrounding area. The honey produced in our beehives and the Fileni Bio eggs will be kneaded by the skilled hands of the pastry chefs at the Microbiscottificio Frolla, a company from the Marche region that offers young people with disabilities a path for job inclusion in the production of baked goods.
